Track work June 2, 2017TrainingRobby June 1st & 2nd Thursday- 20 minute easy run Friday- Run on the Liberty HS track. 3 miles – First I completed my 1.5 mile 6 Step warmup. (20 minutes) Then set to run some 400m at 8:00 pace. Ran 1:48, 1:45, 1:55. Felt good. Stable stats.
